Important details

Page updated October 15, 2024

1 - Purchased works are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Fedex, DHL or La Poste, with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Several emails are also sent to you to this effect, accompanied by photo and video supporting evidence of the sending.

2 - Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

3 - Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package shipped.

4 - We recommend combining all your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.

5 - Everything is done to ensure that delivery takes place in the best conditions. In the case of alteration or loss of the work, we cannot be held responsible, but the responsibilities of the delivery person will be incurred.

6 - The dimensions of the boxes and supports protection are appropriate, and your works are properly protected (supporting evidence). Optional insurance is possible.

7 - The work can be delivered in three different ways:

* Hand delivery protected by a raw pouch or Annonay pouch (charge extra for the latter).

* Shipped on a roll, raw pouch or Annonay pouch (charge extra for the latter).

* Shipped framed, basic protective frame (additional charge). For specific support, please contact me directly.

8 - Upon receipt of the package, YOU MUST CHECK IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERER, THE INTEGRITY OF THE PACKAGE, THAT OF THE WORK AND THE FRAMEWORK WHICH ACCOMPANY IT, IF APPLICABLE.

9 - List of countries where we deliver:

* North America (USA and Canada).
